Default Newbie (oldie actually) 9'er ....Handlebars or risers not straight?

Hey all you passionate 9'ers out there.....hate to start off being a "taker" & not a giver (of info, etc), but with my 9 still showing wax on the rear tyre (tire), I have a coupla' questions.

Do you think there's something amiss here (with my handlebars) as they don't seem to run parallel to the steering frame ....nor the Rpm cluster for that matter as they "droop" off to the right hand side a tad. (look at the photo and you'll see the bars aren't parallel to the riser frome below.)
Is this simply a case of poor assembly on the risers maybe - or something more sinister?
When I'm in the saddle on a straight road, it looks as if the front of the bike is tracking off to the right side ever soooo slightly .....I can see the indicator/tank gap isn;t quite equal. What's more, cornering is decidedly better going left hand rather than right. But I'm dubious about this last observation, so it might be a case of looking for problems....I'm unsure?

Next Q - is the exposed wiring/cabling 'untidiness' normal ...and tie wraps ?
Btw, a bolt fell out the other day at only 500km/300m so I'm worried I may have got a Friday bike ....?

Cheers & thanks in advance to all.
