I know what you mean by not finished. I am trying to come up with some else but just can't figure it out. I will come up with something. The problem is I can only cut the led strips every 3 leds wich limits making any real shape to the light.

I think if you could come uo w/ some type of frame for a flush mount it would look a lot better. The other thing you have working against you is the white circuit board apposed to it being black. The white stands out more

I like that it looks pretty clean. I was thinking of something like that (not as nice but like that) when I first started but couldn't find anything to make it from.

You could use plexiglass and cut it to the shape of the fender. Use 1/4" thick stuff and then attach the LED's.

I built much the same, except with red in centre for brake. I tried plexi, didn't work well. Ended up getting some aluminum, bending it to shape, bolting to bike. Works well - and since my bike is a silver, the white circuit still looks good.

What about making the plate mount wider and putting a few rows of LED's on either side of the plate, running vertical. The white will blend in with the license plate.

My wife said the same thing I just think it would make the plate look to wide. I might just buy lights. I just like making stuff.

Get a chrome frame and inbed them into the sides of the frame. You could even leave a little space between the three "stacks" like a vertical mustang tail light
