I'm kinda on the fence about removing the reflectors....the more people can see me at night, the better! I'll have to think about that one. Still on the fence about debadging as well.

In regards to lowering.....I'm kinda hesitant on that one. I'm 6' 2" and 280 lbs. I have read on this forum that other guys my size have had rubbing issues after lowering?? The rear shock is on the setting it came with when I bought it....not really sure what setting it's on....guess that's something I need to check. I do not plan on riding 2 up on the 9....that's what I kept my Vulcan for as it's more comfortable for my wife.

Do you think the 2" lowering bones would work for me?

I'm the same way about debadging. I think it leaves to much of a blank space unless you have custom paint. From the factory your shock should be set on 4. You could turn it up to 7. I'm 6'2" 240 and before the air ride I had 2" lowering bones. Riding 1up I rarely ever had any issues. Only if I hit a big wave in the road at speed. No harm done tho as long as you grind the screws under your fender. The sideburner ladder bracket may occasionally scrape. You might look into fabbing a different bracket for the pipe for better clearance plus it looks better.

Thanks for the heads up on the 2" bones

Your bracket for your Sideburner looks, or should I say dosen't look, great! I like the way it's hidden behind the exhaust and does away with the HUGE ladder bracket. I saw the bracket you made in one of your previous posts. You wouldn't have a sketch, or the details of how you made it, would you? I'm pretty handy and I could possibly make one myself, but it's always easier if someone else has already done the legwork

what kind of pipes are on there? or is it a 2-1 kit? Do you think you will go to bat wings over that windshield? I have an 2011 also.. is that XTRE worth it?

Pipes are Hard Krome Sideburner. I bought them from roadoverstock on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hard-Krome-E...228#vi-content

Still on the fence if I like the windshield or not, but it's on there for now. The XTRE is definitely worth it and it works great combined with the Power Pro Autotune

You should go with the 2" bones and turn the shock up one or two clicks to tighten up the
spring pressure. Not trying to be stupid, but ask someone when ur sitting on the bike to see
How far it drops when you sit on it? That could give you a guage on how much if any that you
could drop it. I know what you mean though, to hit a dip in the road and suddenly "kaboom",,
    wouldn't be pretty.
Custom Duck Covers, Hand Made license Plate Holder. Kuruakyn Pegs, Signals, Grips,
Mirrors. Drilled exhaust. K&N's, Corbin Seat, 160 upgrade. Chrome Hub and polished wheels.

There's no "kaboom" if you bottom out. If you grind the screws that stick out just above the tire, it's really no big deal.

    Default XTRE

I can't really afford all 3 MOD's, so I gotta start cheaper. Is the XTRE worth it even without the Power Pro Autotune?

It looks like your pipes have no heat shields by your feet/legs.. do they get really hot on your legs?

    You bike looks awesome..

I really can't say for sure how much of a difference just the XTRE made as I did the Power Pro, intakes, and exhaust at the same time. I can tell you that 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears are a lot smoother now and it got rid of the jerkiness in those gears. I have read other threads here that guys have installed just the XTRE, or the ATRE on the bikes w/o the factory GI, and they said it makes a huge difference! I have noticed a big difference in my bike as well.

The pipes have heat shields built in to them. They are double wall to prevent the pipes from bluing. With my foot on the peg, my leg is not even close to the pipe so no the pipe does not get really hot on your leg.

    Thanks

In regards to 'debadging', I'm not on the fence. I have no plans to debadge the fuel tank as I agree that it leaves too much of a blank space on a solid colored tank. On some colors I think it looks fine but I don't like it on my yellow, it's too much yellow and IMO needs something to break it up a little which the badge does. Your bike looks great!
