I can't stand this industry...I mena the bike insdustry in general. why is it you spend hard earned money to get things dones, and you (as a customer) are always being told its not done yet, we are really busy, sorry the parts have not come in yet, or worse still, people like this smuck who argueably cannot even begin to comprehend the concept of theft, property, and service. People like this is what cause double murders..
