Update 18 MAY
Recieved my Dunlop 250 from DLP last night and took it into Cycle World this morning to get it installed. Initially, I had my wife take the tire in while I was going to meet her. By the time I got there she had already had the tire in the shop, the ticket wrote up and expained to them that a Dunlop 250 would fit on a OEM 109 RIM. Gotta love a women that rides. Well once I showed up (had to run another errand), I just had to drop off the keys and we were off on our own to NAB Little Creek to get the wife a new ID card, Brass Bell for some lunch and to lenscrafters to pick up one of my daughters glasses. By the time we were done, the bike was done, with a state inspection. This was the first day in a long time everything went as planned.........what a relief.
Jason-Cycle world charges fifty dolla for a tire change and balance if you bring in the wheel. They really won my trust back today and I will have a couple more days of worry free ridiing before I leave. The 250 looks great.
This website is great. I am always up on the caps/lims of the bikes and can pull the BS flags on the dealers when they start acting stupid.
Talk to you all later.

Update 15 MAY
Successfully Completed the fuel recall today at Cycle World. They did a good job and actually called me when the install was complete.
I ordered the Dunlop 250 from DLP, once I get it I will have Cycle World install it ($75, on the bike), went to SUNRISE and they wanted $80. So I am happy with that, I don't have time to do it myself and wanted to get it done so I could get the state inspection completed and still get some riding time in before I leave next week (especially when SUNRISE/CYCLE world wanted $250 for just a Dunlop 250, I still make out in the long run). When I get back from overseas I will invest in a bike jack, tire removal tool and the bike maintenance manual I will be able to do it myself.
Got my wife's bike inspected at Engineuity on Battlefield, they had me drive it in, do the signals, horn, high beam and brakes lights. I was out in 3 min. So once I get my tire on, my bike is going to Engineuity to get the state inspection completed.
Jason-I did tell the Cycle World guys about the clear lenses on the new LE, he didn't know what I was talking about, so he has some homework to do.
Thanks again for the advice.

I went to Cycle World in VB today to get an update on the fuel recall parts that were supposed to be ordered a week ago. Well surprisingly they didn't have my name on the list, thus no parts. The guy was honest and did say he remembered me and would use parts that were ordered for another recall for a customer that has not dropped off their 109 yet. So I was pleased with that.
Then I asked him to look at my rear tire and see if it would pass the safety inspection that I planned on getting completed when I bring the bike in for the recall. He said it would not pass due to excessive wear, not a big surprise and then he went on and said the other items that would not pass the inspection:
-Clear Alternative brake light
-Clear turn signal lenses (front/back)
-He didn't like the LED license plate light, but said he would pass it
The lights are no big deal, I have the OEM and can switch them out and I went into the parts to see how much a new tire would be. WOW, what a surprise I got. The parts guy blew me away. I asked him how much would a Dunlop 250 be, he said $400, I then laughed at him....apparently he was serious. I told him that was BS and I could get one off the web for $160. He then got out the book and find it for $240....I still laughed and then priced the METZ 260 and AVON 250, all were well over the price I could get them off DLP. By that time I was getting extremely agitated and told him there is no way I would buy from them with that price. He didn't seem to worried. Their loss was my view as I rode off. After I get my recall done, they will never get my business again.
With that being said I have a couple of questions from my HR brothers:
-Has anyone passed VA safety inspection with non OEM lights, if so where did you get it done at
-Has anyone had a new tire installed, if so where and how much
Any additional info is appreciated. Thanks for your time.
