I have not been on a bike in about 20 years and just bought a C109RT. Well I know that I need some training on this monster. So can anyone suggest a good training program in the state. Mostly need to work on my emergency braking and avoidance skills Thanks in advance

She's real fine my 109

All the times I saved my butt, it was always dancing on the front tire. I would never touch the rear brake if you want to have control of your bike. The only time you want to slide your bike is to save your butt and that would be the last thing i would do.

I would take her to a parking lot and start playing there, get the feel of the weight and how the brakes feel. One good thing to play with in the handle bar.
On a straight turn the bars from right to left and feel what it does to the bike with out you leaning off center. Once you get the feel for it, do it so you don't have to think about doing it. In the figure eight you will feel it the most. That and your front brake will save your but 90% of the time.

You will also find the bike's not that heavy.

Have fun.

Get into an MSF course. You can lower your insureance premium and it can help you get some of the skills that you used to have back into muscle memory. Here is a link, just find a location near you and sign up.
