O.k. made a few phone calls and here is the plan!!!
1. Meeting everbody at the Woodland chevron at 1pm, Saturday the 26th. You are welcome to leave early it's your call.
2. Departing and heading north at 1:30-1:45 pm. when I talked to bullrider he said it was only a 3 hour ride to Arlington,WA.
3. I will staying up north somewhere undetermined yet "Sat night". Bullrider has opened up his place for tent camping/fire pit and party that evening " just be cool and help supply the booze is all he asks" Arlington, WA. I have the address if thats what you decide!!! or Hotels. right now dont know how many are going? So this is the time to reply. if your in or out.
4. Sunday morning planns are as follows, 27th.
Wake up and eat/ shower, your on your own! but it was kinda suggested the we be at the ferry a half hour early. Mukilteo ferry departs on the hour! Sun 27 sept. departure time is 0800. be there a half hour early to get in line and get your tickets if you can pre order them online "do so". should only cost you 5-7$$."Washington state ferrys"
Other riders will be waiting on the other side, to join in on the ride and be your guides threw the beautiful Mt's, and the scenic passes and deception pass which I keep hearing about!! We'll be coming in to Anacortes from the south west side, spending the day there and taking it all in.
That evening, staying at Bullriders with another fire pit exchange. So bring your tents or find a bunk mate. Some may have extra room in there tent's so figure it out!! I personaly will be heading back monday afternoon not rushing it..
Would like to know if your in or out. So I'm not waiting for someone that aint going to show. Bullrider would also like a head cout on both night so he can plan as well !!!. Space/wood/food/etc. If we get a accurate head count maybe sombody from up north might be able to get tickets in advance? just a thought!
Allright boys it's your turn.

Well said Dave!
For those not sure about tenting there is a nice hotel in my town. It used to be the Hawthorn. It has changed names recently so I`ll have to give the new one if anyone is interested. The Tulalip Casino has an incredible hotel if you wanna do something fancy also.

Weather permitting, my wife and I are in.
Dave, I'll follow up with you re: hotel on Saturday night - maybe this weekend. I am in the middle of installing new clutch plates, MTC springs and an EVO shift star and want to get that out of the way first.

Unless sheets of rain are falling and predicted for the entire weekend I'm in. I don't know about where I want to stay but hotels are probably out of my price range right now. Times have been pretty tough for me lately.
Sorry I'm so late getting back to you Dave.

I have enough parking for only 58 cars and 1 moped(in front):D. You can park ANY type vehicle here. Trailering bikes would be fine.
I have heard you can purchace ferry tickets in advance. I have not needed nor done this but could save a little time. I have been on this ferry many times and the wait has not been a problem.

Tickets are gone....... You can get them @ web site below..... Everyone needs one to stay in the group. otherwise you will have to wait in long lines ( more than likely)
I have no clue how many are going or if they have have riders. Not knowing this I have bought 6 ferry tickets for the Mukitio ferry. These are tickets that do not have a time or date. These tickets are for rider only. I am 1 so there are 5 left that I will watch you guys fight over (in a orderly fasion) I dont know how to do this other than say for example: Dave=1, John=2... until 5 is met. ticket grabbing will be on the Washington site. Here are some rules for the ferry:
http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/images/icons/icon_motorcycle.gif Motorcycles at Mukilteo
OYSTER RUN,/strong>:please queue in the ferry traffic holding lane with general traffic. Please do not circumvent the line. Purchase tickets at auto tollbooth.
Our staff will no longer be able to meet your motorcycle in the priority lanes. Tickets must be scanned at the auto tollbooth. Advanced fare purchase is encouraged on this route, fares may be purchased online as well as at the terminal. Always use the general ferry access lanes when available. If no normal vehicle movement is occurring in the general ferry access lane, motorcycles may now drive down the local access lane to access any available toll booth by merging into ferry line traffic just prior to the tollbooths. Queued motorcycles will be loaded near the beginning of the load, after the first few vehicles have been loaded. Motorcycles arriving after loading has begun must wait to be loaded on the stern (back) of the vessel after other vehicles have been loaded.
I have highlighted the key to getting infront of the line. I will hook up with everyone on Sat, still dont know but will probably sleep in Everett Sat night. Hope this helps

My business has gone crazy lately and I haven't been checking the board here.
SO...
All the tickets are spoken for. Is it still possible for me to get one on my own? If so how do I do it?
Thanks,
Mark
