No, you would have to implement either a fuel management module which remains on the bike and alters the signal from the ECU/ECM or you would have to have your ECU/ECM re-mapped by either a dealership or by means of the TEKA Performance Module.

To put it simple, you will either need:
1) The dealership program that they use to reflash
or
2) Fuel management (Cobra FI2000, power commander, etc)

You can not just hook up a computer and go.

If you really are running lean, then you have better get those number 7 spark plugs out very quickly.
